This special type of card is indicated by the ability FAST being listed on the card.

Unlike other cards, FAST cards may be played during the final phase (FAST cards may also be played during the positioning phase, like any other card).

If playing a FAST card would trigger an ability (such as Deploy), the ability applies during the final phase the same as it would during the positioning phase.
