As an indication of an impressive collection, users can gain a prestige star on their nameplate.
Your Collection Score level is shown only for the current season’s collection; however, prestige indicators are present for every season so far, so long as you have earned them and are indicative of loyal Total Football collectors.
A star first appears when you reaches a specific % threshold of that season's collection.
As the collection reaches even higher percent completion, the star goes through multiple style upgrades, changing colour and becoming more visually impressive. For example:
Bronze Star - Equal to total available score for Series 1
Silver Star - Equal to total available score for Series 1+2
Gold Star - Equal to total available score for Series 1+2+3
Platinum Star - Equal to total available score for full Season
Platinum Border - If a player holds 100% of available cards then the star will gain a Platinum Border. E.g. if only Series 1 is available, and a player holds all of those cards, you would have a bronze star with a platinum border. Once Series 2 is released, that Platinum Border is removed until you collect all of Series 2.
As the star level is based on the collection score stars can go down in quality if cards are sold. Prestige/Collection stars do not take parallel variants into account, so that full collections and prestige are achievable for all users.
